Passengers flying in Economy Class on European routes with a flight duration of two hours or more can now pre-order from a new lineup of five hot dishes:

• Beef Roulade: Traditional braised beef served with classic potato dumplings and an accompanying dessert.
• Chicken Teriyaki: Savory glazed chicken served with rice and a dessert.
• Vegetarian Tortellini: Pasta filled and tossed in tomato sauce with zucchini, served with dessert.
• "Die Echte" Currywurst: The signature German currywurst from Dönninghaus, served classic-style with a fresh bread roll.
• Gourmet Cheeseburger: Created in partnership with German burger chain HANS IM GLÜCK.

Business Class: Doubling Pre-Select Options on Long-Haul

Lufthansa is also upgrading its Pre-Select service for long-haul Business Class travelers:

• Expanded Menu Variety: Business Class passengers will be able to choose from six main courses instead of the previous three.
• Inbound Route Coverage: While previously limited to flights departing Frankfurt and Munich, pre-selection is expanding to most long-haul flights returning to Germany.
