Prepay And Save: Ultimate Savings For The Ultimate Getaway To The Turks And Caicos

The Turks and Caicos Collection Offers Exclusive Savings
Providenciales, Turks & Caicos’ most sought-after island for fun-in-the-sun and fine dining, has had a monumental year. The icing on the proverbial cake came recently when TripAdvisor named the island the “#1 Travelers' Choice Island in the World.” The award, representing the votes of guests who have visited this island, is a true testimony to the island’s charms.

To celebrate this accolade, The Turks and Caicos Collection, consisting of Alexandra ResortBeach House, and Blue Haven Resort and Marina on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, is offering an exclusive travel deal that when combined with other specials may constitute an up to 40 percent discount on regular rates.

Throughout the summer and fall of 2015, each of these waterfront resorts is introducing a “Prepay and Save” offer. Guests can choose any special offered on the Collection’s web site, then book and prepay in full at least 21 days prior to arrival, and save an additional 10 percent off already discounted rates. This prepay offer extends savings of up to 40 percent off regularly published rates. The offer is valid for travel until Oct. 31, 2015, at Alexandra Resort and Beach House, and until Dec. 18, 2015, at Blue Haven Resort.

Each property provides a distinctive oasis for the ultimate island getaway in the Caribbean. Alexandra Resort, one of the larger hotels on the island with 91 suites, occupies a pristine section of Grace Bay Beach and is an ideal choice for families or couples who want to experience all the island’s amenities and activities. Beach House is an intimate, 21-room boutique resort with an inviting “no socks allowed” policy – a true relax-and-rejuvenate beach vacation. Here guests enjoy superlative cuisine and private pampering pods on the exclusive beach that appeals to couples in search of a romantic escape. Blue Haven Resort and Marina, one of the newer properties on the island, is located away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay Beach in the quiet community of Leeward close to the ideal watersports grounds of the islands and provides travelers with an opportunity to experience “the true Turks and Caicos Islands.” Blue Haven also offers a marina designated as an Island Global Yachting (IGY) marina, one of 10 IGY-designated marinas in the Caribbean and the Americas.

The Collection also recently announced that it has partnered with Stash Hotel Rewards, the largest point-based loyalty program for independent hotels across the U.S.

Guests of the Turks and Caicos Collection can join Stash for free at www.stashrewards.com. Stash members earn five points for each dollar spent on eligible room rates and can redeem them at one-of-a-kind independent hotels across the U.S. and now at the Caribbean resorts in Turks and Caicos and U.S. Virgin Islands.  Stash points never expire, and redemption is simple, without blackout dates or category restrictions found in many chain programs. Stash partner hotels also provide members with exclusive travel deals.

Turks and Caicos
A marine paradise, the Turks and Caicos Islands are an archipelago of 40 islands and cays with 224 miles of astonishingly unspoiled white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters protected by the third largest coral reef system in the world.  “Turks” finds its origins in the indigenous Turk’s head cactus, while “Caicos” is derived from a Lucayan Indian term meaning string of islands.

Located in the British West Indies 30 miles south of the Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos Islands are just a one and a half hour flight from Miami and a three-hour flight from New York.  Of the 40 islands and cays, only eight are inhabited: Grand Turk, Salt Cay, South Caicos, Middle Caicos, North Caicos, Parrot Cay, Pine Cay, and Providenciales which is home to the 12-mile stretch of award-winning Grace Bay Beach.

Turks and Caicos is serviced by several North American air carriers, including American Airlines, DELTA, United, Jet Blue, US Airways, West Jet and Air Canada.
