Chile volcano spitting lava the third time in 8 days: Evacutations, flight cancellations

2,500 people have been evacuated and 1000 flights diverted. Chile's Calbuco volcano is spitting lava - the third time in eight days.
The latest eruption was less powerful, but sent a large plume of dark grey smoke and ash rising from the crater.
Calbuco surprised residents of the Los Lagos region in Chile last week by bursting into life after 54 years.
The National Geology and Mines Service issued a red alert after Thursday's eruption, warning that the volcano remained unstable
