Largest Bonefish Grill In The Nation Opens In King Of Prussia, PA; Partners With The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

New restaurant will donate 50 percent of sales to local charity

Bonefish Grill has a great fish story to tell when it opened its doors for business on Monday, April 13 at 11 a.m. at 160 N. Gulph Road. Recognized as the “Fresh Fish Experts,” Bonefish Grill offers a selection of fish species daily such as Chilean Sea Bass and Ahi Tuna as well as meat options such as Rib-Eye Steak with choice of signature sauce. The restaurant’s polished casual approach appeals to those who crave high-quality seafood and wood-grilled specialties at a good value.

From 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on opening day, Monday, April 13, the King of Prussia Bonefish Grill donated 50 percent of sales to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s new 115,000-square-foot Specialty Care Center in King of Prussia, 401 N. Gulph Road, to open this summer.

“We invite the entire community to come in to visit us as our hospitality goes far beyond our restaurant’s front doors and into the neighborhoods we serve,” said Managing Partner E. Jay Myers. “Our team is thrilled to open the largest Bonefish Grill in the nation in the bustling community of King of Prussia.”

The Bonefish Grill dining experience originated upon the premise of simplicity and consistency. The restaurant specializes in market-fresh fish prepared to order over a wood-burning grill, giving the fish a savory, even cook. In addition to Wood-Grilled Fish, menu categories include Wood-Grilled Steak and Chops, Signature Starters and Bowls such as Spicy Tuna served with premium grade sesame-seared Ahi Tuna and passion fruit salsa for a complimentary combination of flavors.

The restaurant recently debuted their IN + ON Bar Bites Menu, featuring small plates served with innovative presentations and hand-crafted cocktails made with fresh juices and house-made infusions. From In the Bite Mac + Cheese Bites to ON the Stack: Tostada, guests can enjoy bites at the bar starting at just $4. In addition, guests will be able to take advantage of the new chef-inspired “Fire & Ice” three-course dinner menu including a Cold Water Lobster Tail accompanied with a choice of fresh salad and finishing perfectly with DIY Doughnuts — a Bonefish Grill house specialty of croissant-like doughnuts, tossed in cinnamon sugar that allows guests to add their own fillings of sea salt caramel and chocolate sauce for $19.9.
“Our passion for fresh fish, quality ingredients and innovative presentation shows our commitment to providing gusts with the best dining experience,” said Evan Snyderman, Joint Venture Partner for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. “We take pride in our seafood, but we cater and welcome meat lovers too,” said Snyderman.
As guests settle into their comfortable surroundings, they will be treated to a level of hospitality that incorporates friendliness and attentiveness as directed by Myers. Dressed in chef whites, the servers’ attention to detail is a direct result of a customized training program that is completely oriented to customer satisfaction. The 7,850-square-foot restaurant will feature a spacious dining room with a large bar area with six large community tables and two large private dining rooms available to book for meetings, parties and conferences seating up to 72. Overall, the restaurant has a seating capacity for approximately 355 patrons, making this restaurant the largest Bonefish Grill in the U.S.

The King of Prussia location will serve dinner Monday thru Sunday. Lunch will be served Monday – Saturday and brunch on Sundays featuring a variety of Eggs Benedict dishes and Crème Brulee French Toast. The bar menu will be available dine-in only from 4pm to close daily.
