Luxury line Regent Seven Seas is planning another epic sailing from Florida to South America and back for 2017.
The 71-night voyage on the 700-passenger Seven Seas Mariner will kick off Jan. 17, 2017 in Miami and feature a complete circumnavigation of the continent.
Highlights of the trip will include a crossing of the Panama Canal ; nearly a week sailing and stopping along the coast of Peru; a two-day visit to the Chilean fjords; and a visit to the Falkland Islands .
The ship also will spend three weeks sailing along the coast of Brazil and up Brazil's Amazon River. It also will visit Ecuador , Argentina, Uruguay and several Caribbean islands .
