Delta Air Lines is rolling out a multibillion-dollar transformation of its flagship business class product, Delta One. The comprehensive overhaul encompasses next-generation lie-flat suites with full privacy doors, an all-new soft-product service concept, and dedicated, stand-alone Delta One Lounges across key hubs.
The Next-Generation Delta One Suite
Developed with Thompson Aero Seating, the redesigned Delta One hard product introduces substantial ergonomic and luxury enhancements:
- Extended Bed Length & Cushioning: Fully lie-flat beds are extended by more than 3 inches (measuring over 6.5 feet) and feature plush pillow-top cushioning layered over memory foam.
- Privacy Architecture: Configured in a reverse-herringbone layout with outward-facing window views and full-height closing privacy doors.
- Intuitive Control & Storage: A vehicle-inspired tactile control console, dedicated shoe stowage compartments, and integrated wireless device charging.
- Inflight Entertainment: 4K QLED seatback displays powered by Thales, complete with Bluetooth headphone pairing and high-power USB-C ports.
