Travelore News: Three Walt Disney World Restaurants Honored With 2026 Michelin Guide Awards

Walt Disney World has long shed its reputation for serving nothing but theme park staples like turkey legs and churros. The culinary transformation at the Most Magical Place on Earth has officially reached the upper echelons of global fine dining, as three Disney-operated restaurants have just received their official plaques commemorating their inclusion in the 2026 Michelin Guide.

Leading the pack and continuing to make culinary history is Victoria & Albert’s, located inside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. For the third consecutive year, this crown jewel of Disney dining has successfully retained its highly coveted Michelin Star. Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers, the kitchen delivers an unparalleled, ever-evolving tasting menu that draws on classic techniques and global influences. Recent highlights have included king salmon with mole verde and venison with a juniper and porcini crust. Victoria & Albert's remains in a league of its own—it is the only restaurant in Florida to simultaneously hold a Michelin Star, a AAA Five Diamond Award, and a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating.

Also residing at the Grand Floridian Resort, CĂtricos has once again secured Michelin Recommended status. Known for its gorgeous, subtly Mary Poppins-inspired dining room, the restaurant shines with its elevated coastal American cuisine. The menu relies heavily on Florida's abundant seafood, bright citrus, and tropical fruits, all perfectly complemented by an award-winning, globe-spanning wine list.

Rounding out the celebrated trio is Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood, perched on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Securing its spot as a Michelin Recommended venue, this Spanish-inspired rooftop restaurant serves up incredible cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and traditional tapas. Beyond the fantastic culinary execution, Toledo offers some of the most spectacular evening views on Disney property, making it a prime location to catch the EPCOT fireworks over a plate of artisanal charcuterie and a glass of Spanish wine.

For our luxury travelers and culinary tourists planning a trip to Central Florida, securing an advanced dining reservation at any of these three acclaimed venues is an absolute must.
